whoa not long until 8k pageviews!I was secondary photographer so I want to make sure that the photos line up with the primary photographer's before I go bandying them around!
But... some of my photos of the flowers might get published!! so exciting (omg i might have to buy a bridal mag just to see... eek!)
In other news... the creative juices have been running in pretty much every domain except photography! I have been posting some of my poetry work, but I feel it's quite indulgent to put them up here...
Anyway, I have also been doing some emote painting, which basically means i just pick up the brush and paint whatever I feel like! It's fun and it means I don't have any restrictions or aims, so whatever looks good I am happy with! (so far... nothing LOL)
Doing some more cross stitch as well. Which is fun but time consuming. Also been really sitting on some imagery in my head recently for some possible prose...
It's been good the last few weeks, my imagination seems to be coming alive. I've always thought of myself as not very creative... more like a problem solver, but creativity is really about just expressing/doing whatever you feel like... not letting yourself hold back because it's 'inappropriate' or that you don't have time for such frivolous things.
All this is wonderful, as my new lecturer is really interested in using the arts (yes pretty much anything) in a counselling context which means we all get to explore how art can help a client work through stuff.
I guess this has been why I've turned to creative outlets too. To help me deal with stuff and actually understand how I feel. So I'm excited about all of this!
So yeah. My peak bandwidth has run out again... dang I didn't tell my parentals yet which is a bit naughty but I didn't even realise that it was that close to going over! Usually i get an email... anyway now I have to put up with loading times of a snails pace. waa.
